Aadhar Housing Finance has allotted 8,58,855 equity shares under ESOP on 11 June 2026. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 4,37,29,88,990 (43,72,98,899 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each).
