Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 200 Unsecured Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible Perpetual Debentures having a face value of Rs. 1 crore per Debenture aggregating to Rs. 200 crore on private placement basis, to identified investors, on 18 August 2025.
