This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e.Thursday, 27th March 2025, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have approved the appointment of Mr. Ashish Choksi (DIN: 00059132) as an Additional and Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company, with effect from 1st April 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
