Asian Paints Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve 1. audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2025; 2. unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2025; and 3. Declaration of interim dividend if any for the financial year ending 31st March 2026. It is further informed that the record date for payment of interim dividend if declared will be Tuesday 18th November 2025.
