Aster DM Healthcare has been renamed Aster DM Quality Care with effect from 03 July 2026 pursuant to scheme of amalgamation between Quality Care India (‘QCIL' / ‘Transferor Company') and Aster DM Healthcare (‘Aster' / ‘Transferee Company') and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (‘the Scheme').
