Axis Bank has completed the pricing of U.S.$300,000,000 5.179 per cent. Senior Notes (Notes) under the Bank's U.S.$5,000,000,000 GMTN Programme.

The Notes will be listed on Global Securities Market of the India International Exchange (IFSC) (India INX) and Debt Securities Market of the NSE IFSC (NSE IX).
