The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26 th September 2025 has discussed & approved proposal for voluntary delisting of equity shares of the company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) subject to necessary approvals as per applicable provisions of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2021 as amended from time to time where no exit opportunity is required to be provided to the shareholders of the Company. The Company will continue to remain listed on BSE Limited which has nationwide trading terminals.
