The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26 September 2025 has discussed and approved proposal for voluntary delisting equity shares from Calcutta Stock exchange subject to necessary approval as per applicable provision of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulation 2021 amended time to time where no exit opportunity is required to be provided to the shareholders of the Company. The Company will continue to remain listed on BSE which has nationwide trading terminals.
