Cigniti Technologies has allotted 90,000 equity shares under ESOP on 27 November 2025. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 27,546,959 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 /- each aggregating to Rs. 275,469,590.
