The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for all the designated persons designated employees specified persons connected persons insiders and their immediate relatives will be closed from July 01 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of quarterly and year-to-date unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30 2025 in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015
