This is to inform you that in Terms of Companys 'Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from 1st October 2025 till the end of the 48hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter and half year of F.Y. 2025-26 ended 30th September 2025.
