ITC has allotted 4,67,510 ordinary shares under Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from 17 September 2025, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1252,71,30,431/- divided into 1252,71,30,431 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
