ITC has allotted 2,69,610 ordinary shares under ESOS on 16 January 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 1252,92,29,381/- divided into 1252,92,29,381 ordinary shares of Re 1/- each.
