Intellect Design Arena has allotted 1,16,219 equity shares under ESOP on 21 May 2026. Consequently, the issued share capital and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 70,00,53,690 divided into 14,00,10,738 Equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
