Mrs. Vidyalakshmi Rajagopalan has resigned as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 15th April 2025 and Ms. Niharika Goyal has been appointed in her place w.e.f. 16th April 2025. In accordance with point 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III the same is hereby disclosed.
