Motilal Oswal Financial Services has today (06 August 2025) allotted 50,000 Fully paid, Secured, Rated, Redeemable, Listed, Senior Bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 500 crore on private placement basis.
