In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the 'Trading Window' for the dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect form 1st October 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results (Unaudited) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30 2025. Accordingly all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. Further the date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Financial Results (Unaudited) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30 2025 will be intimated in the due course.
