Shriram Finance has on 29 May 2025 allotted 10,000 Senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on Private placement basis for an issue size of Rs. 100 crore plus green shoe option of Rs. 100 crore.
