Silver Touch Technologies has allotted 6,34,05,000 equity shares under bonus issue in ratio of 1:1 on 09 March 2026. Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to 12,68,10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each.
