The Board of Directors of our Company was held today 30th May 2025 at the corporate office of the Company which approved and took on record the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2025. In order to comply with the Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing with this letter Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2025 as per IND-AS Rules along with the Audit Report issued by the Statutory Auditors and a declaration to the effect that Auditors Report on Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company is with unmodified opinion.
