Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Bonus Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on Monday August 18 2025 i.e. today has allotted 87468495 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) fully paid up Equity share of Rs.10/- each for every 1 (one) existing fully paid-up Equity share of Rs. 10/- each by those shareholders whose name appeared in Register of Members of the Company as on Thursday August 14 2025 i.e. Record date fixed for this purpose.
