Initial public issue of up to 70,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Eequity Shares") of patel chem specialities limited ("Patel Chem" or "PCSL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 84/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 58.80 crores ("the Issue"). Out of the issue, 3,53,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.97 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
