Rs. 4.75 crores, 500,000 equity shares by Shreyans Gautam Chowdhary aggregating to Rs. 4.75 crores, 3,300,000 equity shares by Richa Sambhav Chowdhary aggregating to Rs. 31.35 crores and 3,300,000 equity shares by Samiksha Shreyans Chowdhary aggregating to Rs. 31.35 crores ("The Offer for Sale").
