Initial public issue of 69,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 123/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 113/- per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating up to Rs. 85.66 crores ("the issue"). The issue comprises a fresh issue of 69,64,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 85.66 crores ("fresh issue").
This issue includes a reservation of 3,50,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 4.31 crores (constituting 1.50% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e issue of 66,14,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs.123/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 81.35 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". the issue and the net issue shall constitute 29.99% and 28.49%, respectively, of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the company, respectively.
