Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Adani Energy Solutions for the quarter ended Jun 2025 has increased 26.79% to Rs 6819.28 crore. Operating profit margin has declined from 30.69% to 26.55%, leading to 9.69% rise in operating profit to Rs 1,810.69 crore. Purchase of finished goods cost fell from 3.08% to 2.82%. Employee cost decreased from 5.13% to 3.39%. Other expenses rose from 50.05% to 59.85%. Power and Oil fuel cost fell from 30.46% to 25.28%. Other direct service cost rose from 11.22% to 25.54%. Other income rose 85.07% to Rs 206.21 crore. PBIDT rose 14.46% to Rs 2016.9 crore. Provision for interest rose 10.25% to Rs 894.03 crore. PBDT rose 18.05% to Rs 1122.87 crore. Provision for depreciation fell 6.63% to Rs 464.82 crore. Profit before tax grew 45.16% to Rs 658.05 crore. Share of profit/loss were nil in both the periods. EO Expense for the quarter was nil compared to an expense of Rs 1506.02 crore. Thus on deflated base the PBT after EO was a profit of 658.05 crore compared to a loss of Rs 1052.7 crore. Provision for tax was expense of Rs 119.11 crore, compared to Rs 137.96 crore. Effective tax rate was 18.10% compared to negative 13.11%. MI was as share of profit of Rs 26.46 crore against a share of loss of Rs 366.74 crore. Net profit was Rs 512.48 crore against an loss of Rs 823.92 crore.
Promoters' stake was 71.19% as of 30 June 2025 ,compared to 74.94% as of 30 June 2024 . Promoters pledged stake was 0.79% as of 30 June 2025 ,compared to 2.28% as of 30 June 2024 .
