EBITDA came in at Rs 731 crore, rising 5.77% YoY and tanking 18.15% sequentially. Total expenses increased by 17.43% to Rs 1546.92 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 134.67 crore, expanding by 7.22% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 10.95% to Rs 8504.52 crore, while net profit rose by 18.34% to Rs 2291.24 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 249869% to Rs 3036.05 crore, and PBT registered a growth of 19.50% to Rs 2970.61 crore compared to previous TTM. PNB Housing Finance Ltd soared by 46.16% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 4.36% during the same period.
