Toyam Sports Ltd shares rose 3.95% to Rs 0.79 after reporting a 63.27% drop in net profit to Rs 1.26 crore, with flat revenue of Rs 0.06 crore in Q2FY26. Profit before tax rose 80.00% year-on-year to Rs 1.26 crore, while total expenses fell 61.92% to Rs 1.31 crore. The stock has gained 17.93% in the last month.


Share India Securities Limited will seek to raise up to Rs 200 crore via a preferential issue of convertible warrants, with the Finance Committee finalizing terms. The company also approved a new financial services subsidiary, potentially involving an investment of up to Rs 120 crore, in tranches. Welspun Corp announced that its associate, East Pipes Integrated Company (EPIC), secured a contract exceeding 771 million SAR (approximately Rs 2,000 Crore), including value-added tax, from Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Aramco) for steel pipe manufacturing and supply. The six-month contract’s financial impact will be reflected from Q4 FY2026-27 through Q1 FY27-28.


Gconnect Logitech and Supply Chain Limited intends to raise Rs 41 crore via a rights issue of equity shares, priced at Rs 10 each, pending regulatory approvals. The board appointed Ketur Shah as an Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Further rights issue details are annexed, and Mr. Shah possesses over 15 years of financial services experience.


Celebrity Fashions Ltd disclosed that Crisil has reaffirmed ratings for its bank loan facilities, totaling Rs 70.12 crores. The Long Term Rating is Crisil B+/stable, and the Short Term Rating is Crisil A4. No changes were made by rating agencies to the Rs 70.12 crores in bank loan facilities.
