COMEX Copper futures are bouncing back from a one-week low as the metal displayed volatile moves to end lower by over 3% yesterday. Modest gains in the US dollar index after testing two-week low are capping gains in red metal. Meanwhile, stocks on Wall Street showed a more substantial move to the downside during trading on Thursday. The Nasdaq plunged 469.32 points or 2.0 percent to 22,597.15, the S&P 500 tumbled 108.71 points or 1.6 percent to 6,832.76 and the Dow slumped 669.42 points or 1.3 percent to 49,451.98. Currently, the red metal is qupting higher by nearly 1% at $5.83 per pound.
