COMEX Gold futures are off one week low. The metal has slipped from record highs this wee as the US dollar index edged up near 99 mark. The yellow metal is currently trading at $4109 per ounce, up around 1% on the day. Overall mood is mixed for gold as the US and Chinese trade representatives are expected to meet late this week ahead of a planned meeting between Chinese leader Xi Jinping and US President Donald Trump next week. MCX gold futures have drifted towards Rs 122000 per 10 gram mark following correction in global prices.
